Solid Stay with Tower Access
clean room good food tower access reasonable price
the room was clean. i ate breakfast at the cafe and the food was pretty good. i checked out the top of the tower, it was worth it. the price was reasonable for what i experienced.
The thermostat in my room was not adjustable. That was a very minor inconvenience.

The hotel has a good pool area for relaxation. there are several shops with a variety of souvenirs to buy. the tower provides a fantastic view of the surrounding area. It's worth the trip.

Security officers Cody McKissick and Mr Woods were amazing. They even provided a full itinerary. This. Their professionalism and kindness were really good.
My booked connected room seemed like the lock could be disengaged from the other side.

I stopped at the PTS Wings & Sports place inside. The server recommended delicious food. The portion size was large enough for three people. Our server, Brandon, did an amazing job and was very polite.

surprisingly solid!
dining option variety amazing cleanliness pool chicken wings easy navigation
I was charmed by my renovated room. It was clean. i really liked that the hotel offered several dining options for any craving i had. the pool's chicken wings were amazing!!! also, getting around was easier than i anticipated, a huge plus.
I did find that the attractions closed earlier than expected. It cut into my plans slightly.

i noticed the staff maintained a helpful, responsive attitude, even when addressing minor issues, like quickly providing extra towels upon request. the 24-hour café also really stood out for its convenience, especially during odd hours.

My select 1 king room on the 15th floor of the north tower was very quiet. This added to the restful vibe. the room had well-appointed features with plenty of space, and the bed was very comfortable, resulting in a solid night's sleep.

mixed feelings about the stay
early closure outdated room
the restaurants inside were pretty good.
The attractions closed way too early. I didn't get to check them out! there was also something sticky on the floor in the room. it got stuck to my sister's sock. plus, the room was outdated and lacked usb ports for charging our phones.
